09.06. - 11.06.2006 EUROPEAN WINNER DOG SHOW - HELSINKI

The 8th of June 2006 we fly to Finland, Michaela, her daughter Jenny and myself, with our three Black Terriers and Jenny's Shiba-Inu, We fly to the European Dog Show.

After a wonderful fly without any incident, we land in Helsinki. Soon after lodging in our hotel we start for a long walk with the dogs. Wonderful sunny weather. The bay along the sea just in front of the hotel is absolutely great.

We are lucky this hotel is ¨really dog-friendly and we have a great time.

On Friday Jenny goes to the Special Show for Japanese dogs. In the afternoon we just prepare our dogs for the show. When we are so far, we go and have a look at the Show-ground, It looks very large. On our way back to the hotel we can make some shopping.

Saturday Jenny paticipates to the European Show with her Shiba-Inu and she got Rang 3.

On Sunday very soon we broke to the show with our Terriers. We have some contradictory feeling, for its a very large event.After we made our setup we can greet our Finnish- and Russian-friends.

Very soon the judges begin to perform. All classes are well crowded by lot of dogs, it seems no dog we know is missing.

Our dogs thank to their strong personalities and their equilibrated temperaments supported the trip in excellent conditions. We were all very relaxed and happy. For a long time we may have a great remembrance of this nice event. Unhappily our pictures are not too nice, the exposition was too dark, we hope to get better ones from other, more lucky participants. Anyway enjoy our album.
